Information we collect
- Contact information you give us — name, email, phone number, and the contents of any messages you send through our contact form, email, or phone.
- Communication records — copies of emails, SMS messages, and call notes related to your inquiry or engagement.
- Basic site analytics — anonymous traffic statistics provided by our hosting platform (Cloudflare). We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and provide the services you requested.
- To send appointment confirmations, scheduling messages, and follow-ups about active engagements.
- To send account or service notifications (e.g., status updates on work in progress).
- To keep records required for accounting, tax, and legal compliance.
We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
SMS / Text messaging terms
Consent. We only send SMS messages to people who have opted in by checking the SMS consent box on our contact form, by giving verbal consent on a phone call with us, or by contacting us first via text. Opting in to SMS is never required to receive our services.
Message types you may receive. Appointment confirmations and reminders, follow-up messages on your inquiry, scheduling and rescheduling requests, status updates on active engagements, and direct replies to your texts to us.
Message frequency. Varies based on your active engagement with us. Most people receive fewer than 10 messages per month.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. AI Agent Worx does not charge you for messages.
Opting out. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts. You can opt back in by replying START or by contacting us.
Help. Reply HELP to any of our text messages for contact information, or email [email protected].
Carriers. Carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and their MVNOs) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy of SMS data. We do not share your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in status, or the contents of your SMS conversations with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers collected for SMS are used only for the messaging services described above.
How we store and protect information
Contact form submissions and message records are stored in systems we operate (email, CRM, and our messaging provider). We limit access to authorized personnel and retain records only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
Third-party services
We use the following service providers to operate this site and our communications:
- Cloudflare — website hosting and form handling.
- Zoho — email and customer relationship management.
- Twilio — voice and SMS delivery.
Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing the data they process on our behalf.
Your choices
- Ask us what information we have about you, and we will tell you within a reasonable time.
- Ask us to correct or delete your information. We will do so unless we're required to keep it.
- Opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP.
- Opt out of email by replying or asking us to remove you.
Children
This site and our services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date.
